Creating different Portals in VIDIZMO allows you to provide a single installation of dedicated multi-tenant portals, with complete media and user segregation that provides portal-level autonomy for defining all portal management policies, branding, streaming, etc. to meet department-specific privacy, security and compliance needs.
📄️ Delete a Portal in VIDIZMO
In VIDIZMO, only users in the Portal Manager group, or those in a group with the Portal Management feature enabled, can delete a Portal. A Portal can be deleted from the All Portals- page, provided that the permission is enabled. All data within a Portal will be deleted and cannot be recovered. However, the last Account cannot be deleted from the Account, itself.
📄️ How an Unregistered User Can Join the Portal
VIDIZMO allows new users to join a Portal. It is a simple sign-up process where a user with a valid email address can send a request to join a particular Portal which will either be moderated or approved automatically.
📄️ Joining or Leaving Another Portal in VIDIZMO
In VIDIZMO, a primary account can have multiple portals for segregation, categorization, and organization of digital media content. For instance, a large-scale enterprise has several departments for whom they can create separate Portals. This will assist them in segregating content, ensuring that their sensitive data (videos, audios, images, documents, etc.) is not accessed by unauthorized users.
